is a forum for studying    
the practices, interpretations and reception history of    
sacrifice and cult    
in the Hebrew Bible, Ancient Judaism, Christianity,    
and their larger cultural contexts    
(ANE, Greco-Roman religion).    
   
Methodological perspectives include    
- but are not limited to -    
historical criticism, tradition history, comparative and literary approaches, ritual theory, and sociological analysis.
